Snowflake Gelaterie (Team member)
Main Duties
Deliver guest experience in line with Snowflake's 'Serving Happiness' value.
Dealing with guest complaints and feedback efficiently and politely. Referring any
feedback you do not feel capable of dealing with to your manager.
Making sure food and gelato is served to company standard.
Having a good knowledge of our product and company history to answer guest
enquiries.
Processing orders and payments in the correct manner.
Setting up, maintaining and clearing store displays and set-up.
Assisting in looking after store areas and stock. Helping with deliveries.
Understanding of company Food Safety and Health and Safety standards.
Maintain Food Safety and Health and Safety standards at all times.
Ensuring cleanliness levels throughout your shift.
To arrive to rota-ed shifts and Snowflake events presented in line with company
standards.
To be reliable as well as considerate to other staff when unable to work to full
capacity.
To communicate in a professional and positive manner taking into account other
people's sensitivities and personal lives.
To actively look for solutions to work related issues and opportunities.
