We complete maintenance work for some of the largest letting agents & property managers in the UK, mostly prime properties in London. We work with London's best Tradespeople, completing 100's of reactive and planned jobs each week. We are proud to be rated 4.9/5 stars on Trustpilot with 240+ reviews.

We are looking for a self-employed heating engineer / plumber to complete planned and reactive work on domestic properties across London. Work volume would be approximately 10 -20 jobs per week, so perfect for a self employed person with their own existing clients looking for a bit of extra work.

We are a friendly team and enjoy great working relationships with the heating engineers we partner with.

What are we offering?

50 per hour onsite, overtime 70 per hour (no priced work) Regular work Mon - Friday, no overnight / oncall required Backed up by a friendly and supportive office team Congestion, Parts, & Parking paid

Typical jobs include:

Boiler maintenance & fault finding Gas safety checks & servicing Water & gas leaks General heating and plumbing repairs Occasional boiler installations

What are we looking for?

Own van, tools, and Flue gas analyser Experience across planned and reactive gas and plumbing works Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Friendly and reliable with good communication skills
Important We use the Qeeper App to send all jobs to you. After each job we need photo's and a brief report uploaded from you into the Qeeper App before you leave the property.
