Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Gardener/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Carrying out grass cutting and planting of flower beds Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance as needed. Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues to management. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required. A valid driver's licence is mandatory.
