We are looking for a Garden Centre Manager to join our forward-thinking team. Working in the Garden Centre this is a high-volume environment with a fast turnaround.
The successful candidate should have proven managerial experience and be physically fit as this is a very hands-on role and some heavy lifting may be required.
A highly motivated hands-on individual that has a passion for exceptional retail standards, driving sales & great customer service
Must have previous Garden Centre Management experience either at centre manager or deputy manager level
Be able to motivate a team of managers and supervisors to work efficiently & effectively in order to meet deadlines.
Plant knowledge preferable.
As a Garden Centre Manager, you will manage, lead, inspire and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience.

Duties will include:
Excel knowledge essential in order to manage rotas and budgeting.
Close attention to detail required to implement and manage all aspects of company policy and procedures such as EPOS, stock management, health & safety, security & cash handling.
Keyholder duties.
Management duties.
Delivering all KPI's, costs and budgeting.
Colleague development and succession planning.
Delivering colleague engagement and training.
Ordering and stock taking.
Excellent customer service.
