Role Overview

We're seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaners to join our expanding team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible hours across all seven days to suit your schedule. We are particularly interested in pairs or couples who can work together efficiently in our city centre and west end properties.

Key Responsibilities

Efficient Turnaround Cleaning: Perform quick and thorough cleaning of properties between guest stays, ensuring readiness for check-in times. Linen & Key Management: Collect and return linen and keys from our central Glasgow location. Reporting: Utilize a smartphone to submit end-of-clean reports with photos, and promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure timely resolutions. Navigation: Efficiently travel between properties, utilizing keyboxes and GPS for seamless transitions. Deep Cleaning: Conduct periodic deep cleans as scheduled to maintain property standards.
Requirements

Experience: Prior cleaning experience is essential; training on Lucid Cleaning procedures will be provided. Transportation: Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a LEZ-compliant vehicle. Technology: A smartphone is essential for scheduling, navigation, and reporting tasks. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are crucial. Energy: High energy levels and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and last-minute bookings. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in pairs or as a couple.
