As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance as needed. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any requests or concerns. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies regarding hygiene and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent guest services abilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience. Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 12.00-16.00 per hour
