We have a great opportunity for a Sales Assistant in a brand new CAVANI store.
Our Formal Menswear Store is located in Castle Quarter Shopping Centre, Norwich.
The attributes looked for are the following;
- Proven retail experience - Confidence - Vibrant personality - A strong work ethic is essential
- Be able to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst adhering to the company's vision and values
- Great communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with your customers
- Ensure that our store and products are presented to the highest standards

Qualifications
Strong communication skills Previous experience in sales or customer service roles Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the shopping experience. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
