The Role
As Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the Gymnastics and Tumble programme, working with gymnasts of all levels to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the gymnastics programme, ensuring strong technical development and progression.
Plan and deliver engaging, progressive, structured training sessions tailored to gymnasts' abilities.
Inspire and mentor the coaching team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Develop personalised training and competition pathways for gymnasts, from grassroots to elite level.
Oversee gymnast selection, competition preparation, and performance analysis.
Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and club management.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, well-being, and safeguarding in all sessions.
