We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities.Being a Support Worker in social care is very rewarding. We encourage every person we look after to follow their dreams; to live independently and we help them achieve their personal goals.Applicants must be willing to drive a company vehicle to assist service users to be able to go out to different places.The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.

• Help with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, cooking and general household tasks
• Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life
• Administer medication as required
• Complete daily care plans
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

The Person

• Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
• You will be passionate about making a difference
• Have the ability to adapt to difficult situations
• Possess a positive and caring nature
• Be energetic and understanding
• Display a good sense of humour
