Branch Operations

Stevensons is the largest independent school uniform and sportswear provider in the UK serving over 600 schools nationwide. Selling quality school uniforms, sportswear and sports equipment through our various supply channels be it high street shops, on-line, on-campus shops, pop-up shops or direct to school.

Job Purpose



To support with Branch Customer service and Order Dispatching

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service



Replying to Customer Emails and Call back Requests

Replying to Customer live chat and web enquiries

Send customers back order email updates on Netsuite

To monitor Custom orders placed and received

Key Responsibilities - Order Dispatch



Process all branch orders correctly within expected time

Process all branch returns

Update any order details as requested by CS/ Manager/ Customer

Key Responsibilities - Branch Operations



To Support on the shopfloor/with appointments as needed.

To attend selling/display events when required

To help with annual stock checks

Any other reasonable tasks as seen fit by the business inc seasonal key holding

Knowledge & Skills



Knowledge of Microsoft Office - essential

Knowledge of Netsuite- preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35.00 per week
