My client, a leading software company based in Tamworth are looking to recruit for an IT Support professional to join their team at a first line level on a remote working basis. In the role you will be supporting clients via phone and email on their bespoke software application. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are a must.
Skills required:
- Office 365
- Windows OS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience working as part of a service desk
- First class customer service skills
- Assisting clients with IT issues via phone and email
- Monitoring incident queues
- Troubleshooting issues reported from the client
- Excellent time management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
