Full Stack Developer

As they expand their tech team, they're on the lookout for a

skilled Full-stack Developer

who's fluent in

PHP, Laravel, React, JavaScript, and API integrations

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and wider development team to

design, build, and maintain robust full stack applications

. Develop scalable backend services using

PHP (Laravel)

and integrate seamlessly with modern

React

frontends. Work across the full software development lifecycle--from

planning to deployment

, and everything in between. Build and maintain

RESTful APIs

and ensure smooth third-party integrations. Troubleshoot issues efficiently, write

clean, testable code

, and ensure performance and scalability. Keep up to date with best practices, tools, and trends in both backend and frontend development. Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture of

continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience as a

Full Stack Developer

, ideally in fast-paced start-ups or SaaS environments. Proficiency in

PHP

and strong experience working with the

Laravel

framework. Frontend development skills with

React

, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Comfortable designing and integrating

RESTful APIs

. Familiarity with MySQL and database optimisation techniques. Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles. Experience with version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and agile workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a

collaborative, remote-friendly

team. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and improving.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with a Saas product or company. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Exposure to testing frameworks.
