We are now hiring

two Full Stack Website Developers

to join our in-house tech team in Scotland. These roles are

in-person positions

, based in or near Edinburgh, and offer the opportunity to build and support websites, portals, and digital platforms for high-visibility brands and strategic initiatives.

About the Role



As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development, contributing to the full lifecycle of web applications from architecture to deployment. You'll be part of a small, talented team that moves fast, thinks big, and builds with purpose.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital face of several growing companies, all while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with substantial autonomy and clear impact.

Key Responsibilities



Design, build, and maintain modern, responsive, and secure websites and web-based platforms Develop across the full stack using C#, Java, Python, and C++ Implement, manage, and document RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party platforms Collaborate with designers and UX leads to translate ideas into clean, functional interfaces Manage and optimise SQL-based databases Maintain and deploy code through GitHub and CI/CD pipelines Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers (when applicable) Troubleshoot bugs, enhance performance, and ensure stability and scalability Keep up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices

What We're Looking For



Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development Demonstrated mastery of at least two core languages (C#, Java, Python, C++) Proven experience developing, launching, and maintaining live web applications Solid understanding of SQL, data modelling, and secure data handling Familiarity with Azure services is a strong plus Experience integrating APIs, payment gateways, or third-party tools Strong GitHub profile or portfolio of live examples (required at interview) A self-starter mindset with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work well both independently and in a highly collaborative setting
