iMultiply are working in partnership with an Edinburgh based company to recruit a Accounts Payable Clerk on a 6 month FTC basis. The role is paying a competitive salary along with some great additional benefits.

The Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, expense claims, and other financial transactions. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to the smooth operation of our finance department.
Accurately process invoices, ensuring they are correctly coded, approved, and matched to purchase orders
Prepare payment runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms
Review employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies
Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciling vendor statements and preparing accruals * Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Requirements:
