My Client is a nursing and residential home in Uxbridge, they provide care for elderly residents with dementia and right now... they need nurses.  They provide a high level of care for the elderly and that’s maybe why they have such a long waiting list.  Nursing in today’s climate is more urgent obviously and they want to make sure they are providing the best residential nursing care they can
 
They can start you tomorrow.....
 
They are recruiting for a full time nurse, you will be:-
 
Based at their residential care home in Harefield in Uxbridge
Working part time or full time, night or days – up to you
Dealing with the elderly resident in their 50 rooms
Caring for elderly residents with dementia
Assessing patients, helping with catheters, doing medical and drug rounds, wound dressing, bed sores prevention  and giving subcutaneous fluids to rehydrate the residents
 
 
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements
 
You need to be a Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) at least to level 1
Have a valid NMC Pin
Ideally have at least 6 months experience in a care home setting would be ideal but they would look at someone who is freshly qualified
Living within travelling distance to the residential care home in Harefield  in Uxbridge
Having experience with the elderly and / or dementia would be beneficial but not essential
As a nurse you need to be able to pass a DBS security check
