Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Your role will involve engaging with customers, cleaning glassware and serving tables.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times. Handle basic maths for processing orders and payments accurately. Maintain knowledge of menu items.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help others are essential traits.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 7.55-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
