We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant pub and restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to engage with customers, manage their needs, and contribute to a positive dining experience will be essential in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong upselling skills to enhance the dining experience. Assist in the kitchen as needed, supporting food preparation and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Manage payments and handle cash transactions with basic maths skills to ensure accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Exhibit excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service. Provide assistance to guests throughout their visit, ensuring their needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience. Serving beers , and have knowledge in the cellar

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant Required Strong guest services skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, along with an understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards helping others and resolving issues that may arise during service. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. CPL training Preferred , but we can also put your onto the courses . Cellar training for me than 1 Year

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
