Front of House Team Member

to join our legendary crew. If you're fun, energetic, and love making people smile, we want you!

What's the deal?

We're a fiercely independent venue where great beer, epic smoked BBQ, and funky beats collide. From juicy, ice-cold craft beers on tap (shoutout to Tenby Brewing Co!) to our delicious smoked meats straight off the grill, Tap & Tan is where good vibes flow as easily as the pints. Plus, our resident DJs drop hip hop, funk, soul, and disco sets every Sunday, so if you like excitement, this could be your perfect spot!

What you'll be doing:

Delivering top-notch service

: You'll be the first face our guests see, and we want you to make them feel like they've just walked into their new favourite hangout.

Being the life of the party

: The vibe's got to stay fun, fresh, and funky - keep the energy high and the good times rolling!

Craft beer enthusiast

: Learn all about the latest brews, from our in-house favourites to some of the finest beers from around the country. Be the go-to person for recommending the best drink to pair with our delicious smoked BBQ.

Smoked BBQ guru

: While you're serving up drinks, you'll also be keeping an eye on the smokers, ensuring you're fire product knowledge.

Creating a welcoming vibe

: We're a place to relax, have fun, and explore, so make sure every guest feels like they're part of our family.

What we're looking for:

Positive energy

: You bring the good vibes, we bring the beer and BBQ.

Experience is cool, but enthusiasm is cooler

: If you've worked in hospitality before, awesome - but if you haven't, we'll teach you all you need to know.

Passion for craft beer & great food

: You'll be surrounded by some of the best beers and food in town, so loving what we do is a must!

A team player

: We're a collaborative crew, and we're looking for someone who's down to pitch in, have fun, and bring something special to the table.

Must love great ambiance

: From the DJ sets to the good-time atmosphere, you'll be in charge of setting the tone and keeping it cool.
