Key Responsibilities:
- Become the friendly face and first point of contact for all our members and guests
- Efficiently address membership and sales enquiries, ensuring the best service
- Assist members with the setup and troubleshooting of our in-house App
- Safely guide members on equipment basics and uphold our gym policies
- Prepare and serve delicious hot & cold beverages and meals
- Keep our lounge and kitchen areas in top-notch cleanliness
- Restock our shop and coffee bar, ensuring no one misses out on our offerings
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our shop products
- Efficiently process sales and handle transactions
- Collaborate with the team to smoothly open and close the gym
Essential Skills:
- Team spirit in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach, always looking for growth and improvement opportunities
- Stellar interpersonal skills
- Numeracy and literacy competence
- Flexible availability: mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
