We are currently seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team in the roles of Front of House and Romana Sourdough Pizza Chef. Position Overview: As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. The Front of House position involves providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The Romana Sourdough Pizza Chef role requires expertise in crafting high-quality Romana-style pizzas using a Rational oven. Responsibilities: Front of House: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Manage customer orders, process payments, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Provide information about the menu, answer customer questions, and make recommendations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall Clientexperience. Romana Sourdough Pizza Chef: Prepare Romana-style sourdough pizza dough and toppings according to the Alpine standards. Operate and maintain the Rational oven to ensure optimal baking conditions. Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager for restocking. Ensure the quality and consistency of each pizza produced. Collaborate with the Front of House team to coordinate order timing and delivery. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee the health and safety of our customers. Requirements: Front of House: Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling card transactions. Romana Sourdough Pizza Chef: Proven experience in a commercial kitchen or street food environment Familiarity with operating and maintaining Rational ovens.
