OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL...
Have experience working in a busy, sometimes high-pressure (ideally hospitality-based) environment
Be willing to learn how to be the best of the best both behind the bar and waiting tables
Promote high standards throughout the business
Be passionate for quality, innovation, value for money, people and communication
Be career-focused with an eye always firmly on progression to supervisor level.
