Our pub offers a traditional bar area, a newly built glass restaurant, luxury on-site accommodation cottages, a games room, a versatile events space, and plenty of outdoor seating, making it a dynamic and exciting place to work. About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish. Key duties include:

Serving food and drinks to guests in the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas. Closing the bar at the end of the evening and preparing it for the next day. Following our Steps of Service to deliver exceptional guest care. Maintaining cleanliness and readiness in all service areas. Assisting with menu queries and promoting specials and add-ons like desserts and after-dinner drinks. Upselling to enhance guest satisfaction. Handling payments accurately and securely.

What We're Looking For

We are a village

pub so you must be able to drive and get to and from work without the need for public transport as this isn't locally available.

We're looking for team members with:

A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour. Previous bar/ restaurant experience required. Must have a driving licence so you can travel to work we are in a village location. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude. A proactive mindset with attention to detail. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and during the festive period. The ability to commute to East Stratton. Experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential -

full training provided

).
