Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell where appropriate
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required
- Handle guest queries and concerns effectively
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial
- Strong guest service skills with a helpful attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 7.55-12.24 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
