Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train the front of house team
- Cash handling
- responsible for opening and closing the business
- Deal with customer complaints
- Cellar management, changing barrels and kegs
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Serve customers in the restaurant and garden areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
