Front of House Cafe Supervisor

to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

About the Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you will take the lead in ensuring our award-winning cafe runs smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to manage rotas, support and motivate staff, uphold excellent hygiene standards, and deliver a consistently positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house operations with a hands-on approach Create and manage staff rotas to meet operational needs Deliver outstanding customer service, leading by example Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are met and exceeded Train and support cafe staff to maintain high service standards Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner Lead and support stock management, till operations and cash handling

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality Strong interpersonal and organisational skills A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure Passion for quality food, customer service and creating a welcoming space Proactive attitude, sharing new ideas to improve the cafe experience Flexibility to work weekends
