Job IntroductionAs a Front of House Supervisor at Sodexo in RAF Brize Norton. You'll supervise a team of front of house staff! From the bar to the busy food outlets, Your role and your teams is mostly customer facing and will interact with our Armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet.   • To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
  • To attend huddles and meetings as required
  • To attend your performance development review to discuss job standards and agree development activities
  • To maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
  • To maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE as required
  • To care for all available resources including equipment, materials and supplies as directed
  • To report any near miss occurrences, accidents or faulty equipment to management
  • To ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisation
  • To maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer
  • To process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements.
What you bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations, as well as some team leading experience or supervisory.
  • Very much desirable, but some experience in hospitality would be great; Hotel/Bar/Restaurant
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate a team well
  • Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
  • Be a team player and communicate this with your senior management
