Prepare, cook, and present pizzas and other menu items to company standards.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation are consistently high.
Manage food preparation timelines during peak and off-peak hours.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory, prepare prep lists, and assist with ordering stock when necessary.
Introduce new pizza ideas, seasonal specials, or improvements where appropriate.
Front of House Duties (Customer Service):
Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, operate POS systems, and manage payments.
Address customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
Pack takeaway orders carefully and manage delivery/pickup coordination.
