Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team down here in sunny St Ives . The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all customers have a memorable experience.

Duties

Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards and company policies. Assist with the setup and takedown of dining areas for service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, bar and and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company procedures. Support bartending staff as needed, including preparing drinks and maintaining stock levels. Assist with catering services when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is willing to help colleagues and contribute positively to the work environment. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
