Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of customer service, ensuring that every visitor has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist in seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas. Support food preparation and presentation as required, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service throughout.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or food preparation are a plus, enhancing your versatility within the team. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
