Front of House and Barista team members

required for friendly family-run bistro which is busy all year round. Located in the popular coastal destination of

Saundersfoot.

The right candidate will be friendly, energetic, can work well as apart of a team, be of smart and clean appearance.

High levels of customer service, cleanliness and pride in work is essential.

We have built

Periwinkle

on food quality and presentation over the last 8 years, but no good food and drink ever tastes as good without the service that goes with it. Therefore, all staff must be friendly, pleasant and professional at all times whilst always putting the customer first.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Greeting customers and looking after customers throughout their time in Periwinkle in a helpful, polite and friendly manor. Taking orders accurately and processing on the POS system, ensuring all food safety and allergen procedures are followed at all times. Delivering food from the kitchen to the customers, looking after customers needs and clearing tables. Bar duties. Taking payments from the customer. Ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality and care is provided. Responding to any customer complaints professionally and politely. Ensuring high levels of cleanliness at all times. Beneficial but not essential- Barista work using an espresso coffee machine and also making other hot and cold drinks. Candidates with previous experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Part-time and full-time

roles available to include weekends, holidays, bank holidays and optional evenings during the high season.

Excellent competitive rate of pay

will be offered to the right candidate dependant of experience and age.

Additional pay:

Tips. Holiday fund is paid on top of hourly rate at an additional 12.07% per hour. Company pension.

Hours to include:

Rota day shifts, (Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays currently) Possible Night shifts (Friday and Saturday only, in high season mainly)

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
