Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times. Assist in catering events as required, demonstrating versatility in various roles within the establishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Bartending skills are an advantage for those interested in beverage service. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is willing to help colleagues and contribute positively to the workplace culture. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-17.61 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
