Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for managing various front-of-house operations, including customer service, food safety, and assisting with food preparation. Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations. Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Experience in catering or food preparation will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.50-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
