We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of front-of-house operations, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the venue. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortably accommodated. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company policies. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Uphold food safety standards throughout service to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Experience



Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in catering or bartending is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist in various service areas. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for engaging with guests effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of taking initiative when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.44-17.61 per hour
