Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team at the Rose & Crown. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pub. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
