Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from assisting with food preparation to providing support in bartending and catering services, all while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Take orders over the phone and the three online delivery platforms we use. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the front of house operations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain communication regarding menu items. Assist with catering events, setting up dining areas, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during events. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, bar counters, and service stations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering services would be beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
