Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all patrons enjoy their dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Prepare face to face orders accurately and efficiently, communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff. Support food preparation and catering services as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members on front of house procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Experience in catering is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
