We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for patrons, contributing to their overall dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the hospitality team.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
A team player who can help foster a collaborative working environment.
