Overview:
We are seeking a Front of house to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, hospitality, or related fields but also not experienced can apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
