Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Assist with seating arrangements and provide menus to customers. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation. Manage the bar area, including bartending duties when required, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Support the catering team during events, assisting with food preparation and service as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in catering or bartending are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.30-13.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
