Overview

We are looking a front of house team who are passionate and willing to learn. After establishing our brand in the Trademarket in Belfast, we have now moved on to open our first sit in restaurant serving smash burgers, fried chicken and loaded fries. As the first point of contact with customers you need to ensure to greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The ideal person will have a good background in hospitality and food service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great service.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the whole team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices throughout all tasks performed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending or catering is a plus, as it enhances versatility within the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak service times.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this position.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
