The Lulworth Estate is a beautiful, privately owned country estate, home to the world famous Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, attracting both locals and visitors.

We are looking for seasonal staff to join our busy hospitality team for the season! If you're a natural team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude, this is your chance to shine.

Positions are available across all of our outlets, including our thatched roof gastro pub The Weld Arms, our buzzing Man O War Bar/Restaurant situated within Durdle Door Holiday Park, our Boatshed Cafe on the shore at Lulworth Cove and our mobile food wagon overlooking the world famous Durdle Door.

So, whether our customers are looking for a coffee and quick snack, family lunch, or delicious dinner at one of our events, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, serving meals, snacks, drinks and refreshments, and assisting with the delivery of food and drink.

- Manage customer reservations using diary software and oversee online booking systems.

- Perform cash handling duties, including managing floats and efficiently operating the EPOS till system.

- Always ensure a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the outlets and outside areas.

- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

- Assist with food preparation when required.

- Provide cover or assistance where needed in other hospitality outlets throughout the estate.

This is a seasonal position with both full and part time hours offered, with the chance to gain additional shifts during our buzzing busy periods - especially during the summer months.

As the role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 or older.
