Front Of House Staff
Job Description
We have have 2 full-time and a part-time permanent positions available for immediate start at the popular Moody Cow bistro at Bargoed Farm. Part-time hours can vary between 16-24 hours per week depending on the candidate whilst full-time hours will be a minimum of 35 over 5 days. The roles will be offered on a guaranteed contract.
Must be able to work at least one weekend day and a mixture of day time and evening shifts.
Duties will include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, bar work, using the barista machine, taking payments, answering phone calls, seating walk-ins and arranging bookings in our online system.
The right candidate will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous front of house experience, barista experience is desirable but training will be given
Good level of written English
Welsh language desirable
IT skills (training on our reservation system will be given)
A team player mindset
A can-do approach to problems
