Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to deliver great customer care and service at our award winning family run country Hotel. The successful candidate will also be assisting the running of our Weddings and supporting the couples on their journey from the 1st time Wedding meeting to their special day.
Our 4 star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading hotels, set next to a beautiful woodland and stunning Pembrokeshire country side overlooking the Preseli Hills. We are now looking for dedicated Bar/Front of House Staff to join the team.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all guests Taking orders and serving guests to a 4 star service level Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of frontand back of house Handling cash transactions and operating the till system Assisting with stock management and inventory control Ensuring late arrivals are directed to their accommodation
