Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team at Nails & Brows. In this role, you will be the face of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high standards and fostering a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area for clients.
Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
