Employee Duties:
Provide a friendly welcome to each guest
Answer reservation enquiries promptly via email and telephone
Provide excellent customer service to guests at every interaction
Provide tourist information for guests and book tours/tickets where possible
Effective communication with Housekeeping and Kitchen departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations
Reservation admin
Essential Criteria:
Good level of secondary education
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility for Evening & Weekend work
Shift Pattern:
8am - 4pm or 4pm-Midnight
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.70 per hour
