Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team at Homeleigh Garden Centre. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

Manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in culinary or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
