Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional guest experience while overseeing the daily operations of the front of house. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for culinary arts and food safety, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage the front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff, including waitstaff and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and adherence to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and other front of house spaces. Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary. Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality management role is essential, preferably within a culinary or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices is required. Experience in food production or preparation is advantageous. Proficiency in bartending skills would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: 13.50-13.87 per hour
