Are you an experienced supervisor or manager who has previously worked in a customer service environment?

Do you want to join a motivated, creative and friendly team whilst developing your operational and managerial skills?

The Assembly Hall Theatre located at the heart of Tunbridge Wells, is an arts and cultural hub hosting a wide variety of shows from musical theatre to comedy performances all year round. With a varied range of events at the Theatre no two days are the same!

You will be responsible for

  • Managing casual staff during shows and events
  • Arranging and delivering training to casual staff
  • Working with suppliers to meet the merchandising needs of visiting companies
  • Leading on projects to increase Theatre revenue
  • Ensure safe and smooth operational running of the the Assembly Hall Theatre
Flexible Hours/Full Time/Some Evenings and Weekends
