Join the Team at The Keekle, We are Hiring a Front of House Manager!

We're on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and energetic Front of House Manager to lead the front-of-house and drinks team at The Keekle Pizzeria & Bar.

Based on Keekle Terrace in Cleator Moor, The Keekle is known for its excellent pizzas, cheeky cocktails, and a buzzing, busy atmosphere. We're looking for someone who can bring creativity, leadership and charisma to our family owned restaurant.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a bar team Strong cocktail knowledge (bonus points for Espresso Martini flair) A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment A people person with great communication and customer service skills Barista skills Organised, reliable and ready to help push the Keekle brand forward
What you'll be doing:

Leading and inspiring our front of house team Taking reservations and liaising with the chef (owner) with the day to day running Showing a great positive working attitude Developing and updating our drinks menu with support from our owner Managing stock, rotas and service standards Working closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience Taking daily stock takes and submitting a weekly order Maintaining high expectations for a clean working area Organisation of different staff roles

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
