Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Ensure compliance with food safety standards during service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders Perform basic maths calculations for billing and transactions Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential Familiarity with food preparation processes is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently A keen interest in providing outstanding guest services and enhancing customer satisfaction Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
